As a key industrial project in Mianyang with billions in investment, CHAM operates China's first automated wide-temperature semi-solid cylindrical battery production line, achieving full automation from material feeding to packaging. The company has established a smart manufacturing system through integration of physical production and digital factory platforms.

These export batteries utilize full-tab technology, reducing internal resistance by 90% with minimal temperature rise during discharge. The cylindrical cells maintain stable performance in extreme temperatures (-30°C to 60°C), demonstrating exceptional high-temperature performance at 60°C and a lifespan exceeding 10 years - ranking among China's most advanced.

The batteries serve multiple applications including EVs, e-bikes, residential energy storage, base stations, containerized storage systems, and humanoid robots, receiving strong interest from global clients.

"Currently our 32-series production line is ramping up volume," said Yuan Peng, CHAM's Process Director. "We're expanding in key markets including Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, India and Africa through technical collaborations and business negotiations. Our upcoming 46-series production line will further establish Mianyang as Western China's cylindrical battery manufacturing hub."

With high value-added potential and growing global demand, lithium batteries have become a new growth driver for foreign trade. Mianyang Customs has provided efficient clearance services and professional guidance to support CHAM's global expansion.
