Cham New Energy Large Cylindrical Cells Sold Globally, Top-Tier Shipment Volume in H1 2026

Recently, SPIR (Start Point Research Institute) released the 2026 H1 China Large Cylindrical Lithium Battery Shipment Ranking (30 Series & Above). Cham New Energy secured the 6th position on the list, delivering steady shipment growth and rising market share across light mobility and small energy storage segments.

With over two decades of expertise in cylindrical battery R&D and manufacturing, Cham New Energy’s flagship 32140 LFP large cylindrical cell stands out as a mainstream market solution featuring superior core strengths. Boasting outstanding safety performance and ultra-long cycle life, the cell supports stable operation across a wide temperature range. Its ultra-large capacity eliminates range anxiety for light power equipment, while 3C continuous discharge delivers consistent power output under complex road conditions. The -20℃ to 60℃ wide temperature design breaks geographical and climatic barriers, and a 12-layer safety protection system enables reliable operation in harsh outdoor environments.

To expand its product portfolio, the company has rolled out ultra-high-capacity large cylindrical cells including 46-25Ah and 60-50Ah models, fully covering niche applications such as three-wheel electric vehicles and low-altitude economy equipment.

Backed by consistent premium performance and competitive cost efficiency, Cham’s 32140 large cylindrical cells have been mass exported to Southeast Asia and India with abundant order backlogs from global clients. The Mianyang manufacturing base maintains full-capacity production at present, with a single production line hitting a daily output of 150,000 cells. Order delivery schedules have been arranged through 2027.

Capacity expansion is advancing at full speed. Two new LFP large cylindrical production lines are under steady construction, with equipment delivery scheduled before the end of this year. The expanded high-end production capacity will cater to market upgrades and surging global delivery demands.
